I think it would be great to start our Art Talk Thursday cycle with the talk about the appreciation of visual art. I wrote an article about it recently, and I feel the urge to elaborate on the topic in more casual and friendly environment of Rum and Sugar Bar.
Indeed visual art is an extremely subjective topic. How does one appreciate the beauty relying on its own opinion and judgment? Are there any tricks to it? Come and tell me what you think! If you have any particular questions, you’d like me to elaborate on, draft a post in discussions and I will definitely include it in the talk.
